I used WRD as I had a couple of windows which weren't closing and needed new hinges. As soon as I contacted them they were able to identify the problem after I sent them some pictures, provide a quote and book in the repair very promptly. They also repaired the window very quickly. I was happy with the service and would use them again.

Have used this company twice for a large number of double glazed unit replacements, requiring lead matching. Very reasonable price, accurate measuring and correct units installed.
